Online Sessions

Online Kinesiology with Amy

For your first session, we will take some time getting to know each other. I will make time for you to ask any questions you have of me, and we will identify what your goals are in working with me.

 

I will then get you to tell me about your life from birth to now, including the main events in your life and your family and other significant people in your life. By hearing you tell your story, this helps me listen for and identify key moments where I can hear there is emotional trauma needing to be resolved, as well as possible subconscious limiting beliefs that have been taken on that are creating sabotaging patterns in your life.

 

I will then teach you how to muscle test. There are many different ways to muscle test on yourself, and I will take you through as many as necessary until we find the way that best suits you.

 

NOTE: Do not worry. It's a very simple process and the most difficult part of it is learning to trust yourself. I am also your backup. I will be muscle testing on your behalf (surrogate muscle testing for you) to ensure we're double checking your results. You do NOT need to become an expert muscle tester for our sessions to work, and we can just leave the muscle testing up to me if that's how you feel most comfortable. However most people are blown away by how quickly it comes to them.

 

I will then start "testing" through the notes I have made from our conversation, effectively asking via the muscle testing which event or belief needs to be cleared and healed first.   

 

From this point everyone's sessions are different, as what we do next is highly personal and focused on your needs. 

 

Whatever we do is guided by your body and the muscle testing responses. We may work with somatic counselling processes, age regression, or subconscious belief switching. I will actively engage you in the process. You will need to be prepared to feel your body, share with me what is coming up, even if it seems unrelated. When doing subconscious processing work often old memories arise that we haven't thought of for a long time and we don't think are relevant to what we are going through now - but they often are.

 

Another little note: please be prepared to cry. The body processes emotion through tears and most people find themselves crying - know they are cathartic, healing tears.  People often tell me they feel so much lighter afterwards, that's what we're wanting to achieve. 

 

WHAT TO BRING:

Please ensure you are in a private space where you cannot be overheard or interrupted.

Make sure you have a box of tissues, a drink of water and paper and pen. 

PLEASE make sure you have at least an hour or two after our appointment to integrate the session and take some time to come back to the rest of the world. It is common for people to be tired, especially after their first session, and need to sleep. 

APPOINTMENTS:

Initial appointments are longer to allow time to take your history. They are 1.5 hrs and $220.

Follow up appointments are 1 hour and $150

Payments can be made over the phone via credit card, or by bank transfer at the end of your session. 

VIRTUAL CLINIC ROOM:

I have a virtual clinic room with doxy.me. You will get the weblink in the reminder email two days before your appointment. You can open the link through any browser - no downloads or passwords are needed. That will take you to my virtual 'waiting room' and I will bring you into the clinic room when our session begins.

 

TIMEZONES:

When you make an appointment, please remember my diary is in QLD time which is AEST. So if you are outside Queensland you will need to adjust for my time zone. 

 

I always have at least 15 minutes break between each session, and I do my best to ensure I am always on time for you. However very occasionally I may be running 5 minutes late. Please know I will be with you as soon as possible. In the same spirit please ensure you log on 5 minutes early to make sure you've got your camera and microphone all set up and ready to go. I cannot go overtime if you are late for your appointment. Thank you.
